Debt help companies that have appeared on television and radio, making exaggerated claims about their services have been warned by the Advertising Standards Authority about their future conduct.
Three debt help companies - Accuma, Money Debt and Credit and W3 Debt Solutions - have been accused of making false claims about their IVA services and told to alter their advertisements accordingly.
